By this point you’ll know if there’s a homeowner association (HOA) in your new neighborhood. If so, we’ll provide you with an overview of what you need to know about the HOA, but you’ll want to make sure you review the details.
In cases where HOA approval is required for tenancy, the applicant (future resident) is responsible for any associated application and processing fees, which will not be reimbursed. If the HOA requires a rental deposit, the resident is responsible for payment, and this deposit will not be reimbursed. Any costs related to obtaining HOA access FOBs or cards are the sole responsibility of the resident and must be paid directly to the HOA; these expenses will not be reimbursed.
If you have any questions about your HOA, amenity access within your community, or recieve notice of dues, please reach out to your Property Manager.
