Close to your move-in date, you'll take part in a Move-in Orientation as an introduction to your new home. You'll learn everything you need to know about living with FirstKey Homes, including useful contact information, how to pay rent, an overview of rental policies and other important information.
Also, before move-in we'll do a comprehensive inspection to evaluate the condition of the home in detail and note any items to be addressed. That way we'll be sure your home is ready for you!
