How to Order

Contact your local Beacon branch either by phone, email or Beacon Pro+ (e-commerce site). If you don’t know the local location, please visit http://www.becn.com or email michael.mallick@becn.com.

Give the Beacon rep your company name. If you don’t have a credit account already set up, contact michael.mallick@becn.com for an application.

Once your account is set up, or if you already have an account, provide the following information to the Beacon rep:

Indicate that it is a FirstKey Homes property and provide the Property ID or address

Type of shingle (3-tab or architectural)

Color and quantity of squares

Components (barrier, underlayment, etc.)

The Beacon rep will go over items with you and confirm they are in line with the GAF Systems Plus. You will then request delivery date and time. If you are picking it up, they will call to set up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing
FirstKey Homes will have all-in pricing by market for installers. The all-in pricing includes labor and material. The contractor will automatically let the Beacon rep know that this is for FirstKey Homes to get that pricing unless they already have set pricing on their account.
Location
Beacon works under an OTC model, so you can go into any Beacon location in a market and have the same pricing and ability to place orders.
Beacon Pro+
Beacon e-commerce is a free service for all customers that allows you to place orders anytime, has real up-to-date pricing for all products, and allows you to track deliveries, get pictures of deliveries and have history of all orders, among many other services.
