Onboarding
Onboarding begins with an invitation to join VENDORCafé. This is the platform you will use to submit invoices, track payments and receive job contracts from FirstKey Homes. You can easily update your company information and even banking information from this account.
Each prospective vendor must also pass a compliance review performed by VendorShield with an associated fee of $99 annually. This step is crucial for us as a company to ensure that we only partner with reputable companies who comply with their state and local offices and maintain the insurance coverages that FirstKey Homes requires.
