Onboarding
Onboarding begins with an invitation to join VendorCafe. This is the platform you will use to submit invoices, track payments, and receive job contracts from FirstKey Homes. You can easily update your company information and even banking information from this account.
Each prospective service provider must also pass a compliance review performed by VendorShield with an associated annual fee. This step is crucial for us as a company to ensure that we only partner with reputable companies who comply with their state and local regulations and maintain the insurance coverages that FirstKey Homes requires.
