Reports may be submitted anonymously or with your name, and all reports are handled in accordance with FirstKey Homes policies to ensure prompt, thorough, and appropriate review and investigation.
Non‑Retaliation Commitment
FirstKey Homes strictly prohibits retaliation against any vendor, contractor, or individual who raises a concern or reports potential misconduct in good faith. Retaliation for reporting concerns or participating in an investigation will not be tolerated.
Vendors may also use the ethics reporting portal to check the status of a previously submitted report by logging into the hotline system.
