Fee Structure
Effective February 1, 2024, a 2% fee will apply.
Required Action
You will need to log in to FacilGo and update the coupon code tied to your subscription and enter in the payment details now. You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to "Account Settings" in the upper right corner
- Click "Subscription" then click "Redeem Coupon"
- Enter coupon code: FKH1H5tM and click "Redeem"
- Click "Payment Methods"
- Click "Add New Payment Method"
- Enter new credit card details
- Click "Save" when complete

The transaction fee is applied to the invoice subtotal and will be billed monthly in arrears. The credit card charge will occur by the 5th of each month. Service providers that are past due could have their accounts suspended. This will limit your ability to receive new work from FirstKey Homes and other companies through FacilGo, so please ensure your account payments are current.
